Phillip Pelland

Phillip was born in Ft. Worth, TX and grew up in the Mid Cities.  Phillip now lives in the bustling West Plano area with his wife and 3 kids.  A proud alumnus of The University of North Texas, Phillip had his eye on business from an early age.  In 2004, he and his parents acquired a struggling business and turned it into a successful company that continues to thrive to this very day.  This is where Phillip learned the golden rule of small business; Treat employees and clients BETTER than you want to be treated. Phillip’s passion for real estate began when he met his future wife, Jackie. Phillip, along with his wife and mother-in-law ran Westgate Equity Partners, a business focused on purchasing and restoring homes throughout the Dallas area. 

This is where Phillip developed his aptitude for real estate.  Phillip helped with acquiring, remodeling, and selling homes all over the DFW area. In addition, he has been a valuable asset in assisting with rental homes and owner finance properties. Having a background in business and engineering, Phillip is uniquely poised to guide potential clients through the meticulous process of buying and selling homes.
